On Wednesday afternoon, August 2, 2023, H.E Kao Imran and Lok Chumteav with the Islamic Education team, represented by H.E Senior Minister Othsman Hassan, Chairman of the Board of the Cambodian Muslim Teachers Association, H.E Nos Sles, President of the Cambodian Muslim Teachers Association, brought 6,000,000 Riels (six million Riels) to support the family of the body of Cambodian Muslim teacher named Ter Ya, who taught in Andong Pich 2 village, Seda commune, Tambei district, Tbong Khmum province, and passed away on the afternoon of July 22, 2023, due to illness in Calmette Hospital, Phnom Penh. At the same time, in the past, the association used to support 500,000 Riel (five hundred thousand Riels) on health care expenses before his death.
