On June 24, 2023, Mr. El Oumerth, in Chumnic Village, Chumnic Commune, Krouch Chhmar District, Tbong Khmum Province, suffered 100% of the house collapse due to a natural disaster and received 1,500,000 Riels (one million fifty thousand Riels) from the CAMTA.
